Democratic Republic of Congo SOPACDI - Speciality Coffee

Rich and full with pipe tobacco, leather and a raisin-like sweetness, this coffee is a real winter warmer.

The highlands around Lake Kivu are near to perfect for coffee cultivation: mineral-rich black soils, high altitudes and favourable weather patterns all contribute to the complexity of the coffee grown here.

This coffee has been scored 85.5 on the Q-grade scale. This score signifies an Excellent speciality coffee.
